Control process
Figure 6-1 shows the schematic diagram of PLC control of the transport trolley.

The start button SB1 is used to open the transport trolley, and the stop button SB2 is used to manually stop the transport trolley. Press SB1, the car starts from the origin, KM1 contactor pulls in, makes the car run forward until it stops running after hitting the SQ2 switch, KM2 contactor pulls in, the hopper is loaded for 5s, then the car continues to run forward until When the SQ3 switch is touched, the KM3 contactor is closed, so that the B hopper is charged for 3 s, then the KM4 contactor is sucked, the trolley returns to the origin, and stops when it hits the SQ1 switch, and the KM5 contactor pulls in, so that the trolley is unloaded. After 5 seconds, complete a cycle work process.
Way of working
(1) Method A: The continuous cycle and single cycle of the car can be selected by pressing the S07 self-locking button. When S07 is "0", the car continuously circulates; when S07 is "1", the car circulates once.
(2) Mode B: The car continuously circulates, press the stop button SB2, the car returns to the original point immediately after completing the current running link, and stops immediately after hitting the SQ1 switch; press the start button SB1 again, the car re-runs.
(3) Method C: Automatically stop after three consecutive cycles, and press the stop button SB2 midway to stop the car after completing one cycle.
I/O distribution and PLC wiring diagram
The input/output port configuration of the PLC control transport trolley is shown in Table 6-1.

PLC programming
According to the requirements, there are three control modes: A, B, and C. The corresponding state transition diagram, ladder diagram, and instruction statement table can be drawn according to different control modes.
(1) A mode programming
According to the control requirements, the continuous cycle and single cycle of the car can be selected according to the S07 self-locking button. When S07 is "0", the car continuously circulates; when S07 is "1", the car circulates once. The state transition diagram is shown in Figure 6-3a, the corresponding ladder diagram is shown in Figure 6-3b, and the corresponding instruction statement table is shown in Figure 6-3c.

(2) B mode programming
According to the control requirements of the B mode, the car continuously circulates, press the stop button S02, the car returns to the original point immediately after completing the current running link, until the SQ1 switch is stopped immediately; press the start button S01 again, the car re-runs. The state transition diagram is shown in Figure 6-4a, the corresponding ladder diagram is shown in Figure 6-9b, and the corresponding instruction statement table is shown in Figure 6-4c.

(3) C mode programming
According to the control requirements of the C mode, the automatic stop is performed after three consecutive cycles; when the stop button SB2 is pressed midway, the car can be stopped after completing the cycle. The state transition diagram is shown in Figure 6-5a, the corresponding ladder diagram is shown in Figure 6-5b, and the corresponding instruction statement table is shown in Figure 6-5c.
