This time, a total of 194 batches of lamps and lighting fixtures produced by 134 companies in 8 cities (districts) including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Huizhou, Foshan and Shunde were selected. According to the 2015 Guangdong Lighting and Lighting equipment product quality special supervision and spot check program, including GB 7000.1-2007 "lamps part 1: general requirements and tests", GB 7000.201-2008 "lamps part 2-1: special requirements fixed general lamps", GB 7000.202 -2008 "Lamps Part 2-2: Special Requirements for Embedded Lamps", GB 7000.204-2008 "Lamps Part 2-4: Special Requirements for Portable General Lamps", GB 16844-2008 "General Lighting Self-ballasted Lights" Safety requirements and the current effective corporate standards and product quality indicators for the construction of fixed/embedded/removable general-purpose luminaires, external wiring, internal wiring, grounding regulations, protection against electric shock, humidity testing, insulation 14 items including resistance, electrical strength, leakage current, creepage distance and clearance, heat resistance, combustion resistance, ignition resistance, tracking resistance, marking, etc. The interchangeability of ballast lamps, prevention of electric shock, insulation resistance and dielectric strength after wet treatment, mechanical strength, temperature rise of the lamp head, heat resistance, fire prevention and flameproofing, marking and other eight items were examined.
The spot check found that 36 batches of products were unqualified. The trademarks included Langgao Lighting, Leichuan Starlight, Chuangshuo, YEDE Industry, and ROSY Langshi Lighting. Involved in the marking, structure, external wiring, internal wiring, grounding regulations, protection against electric shock, electrical strength, creepage distance and clearance, heat resistance, combustion resistance and ignition resistance, and the sign of energy-saving lamps, interchangeability ,Mechanical strength.
