In recent years, OLED technology has become a hot technology in the display field due to its high illuminance and low power consumption. However, due to cost factors, it is impossible to realize the technical bottleneck of large-scale, and many enterprises have finally abandoned the research and development of this technology. Now, with Mitsubishi Electric's technical bottlenecks, OLED technology is expected to replace other display technologies with a thin appearance and superior image quality.
Compared with the traditional LED outdoor screen, the Mitsubishi O LED display has a pixel pitch of 3mm, a light output of 1200cd/m2, a thickness of only 97mm/m2 and a weight of only 55kg, and inherits Mitsubishi's powerful 14-bit image processing technology. To make the color performance more realistic, so when viewed from a distance of two meters, the image is clear and vivid. At the same time, plus one-third of the thickness of the conventional indoor LED display, the weight is only two-thirds of the conventional indoor LED display, which greatly reduces the installation conditions and installation difficulty.
Each pixel of the Mitsubishi OLED display consists of an anode and a cathode with an organic film between the cathode and the anode. The production process developed by Mitsubishi Electric has created many advantages such as thin thickness, light weight and low manufacturing cost of OLED modules. The specially developed drive electronics and precision-designed panel structure enable the display to achieve high resolution, high brightness and high contrast while maintaining lightness and thinness. At the same time, since the OLED is self-illuminating and does not require a backlight, the OLED display technology consumes less energy than the LCD, and the light output is more than three times that of the LCD.
Along with the large demand of China's radio and television, stadiums, outdoor billboards and public display devices, OLED displays are ultra-thin, lightweight, wide viewing angle, high brightness, high contrast, colorful and low power consumption, flexible size, and installation. Simple features such as projectors, LED large screens and new display devices outside of engineering flat panel display devices.
