Fast Semiconductor's high-side and low-side synchronous rectifier controllers provide flexibility and efficiency

FAN6224 is the first high-side and low-side SR controller of the fast semiconductor mWSaver technology series. The device is equipped with an internally adjusted load-level energy-saving mode (Green Mode), which can stop all SR switching operations at no-load and reduce no-load power consumption.

In addition, the linear-predict TIming-control technology is used, and the simple noise control method without current sensing circuit is used to achieve noise immunity, so it is very suitable for continuous or discontinuous conduction mode (CCM and DCM) , And high-side and low-side flyback converters for quasi-resonant (QR) systems. In order to achieve maximum design flexibility, FAN6224 provides PWM frequency tracking function and secondary side winding voltage, and can operate in fixed and variable frequency systems up to 140kHz.
