Shanghai Wangbaohe Hotel is a foreign-related four-star business hotel located in the heart of Shanghai, adjacent to Century Square on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. At the same time, the hotel also adheres to the 260-year-old "Wang Baohe" old-fashioned culture essence, and has the reputation of "the first crab in Shanghai".
After a year of overall renovation, Wang Baohe Hotel has welcomed guests from all over the world in the golden autumn of 2011. The refurbished Wang Bao and Grand Hotel combines advanced design concepts with elegant style and extraordinary style. The 27-storey building has 313 newly decorated guest rooms, a variety of restaurants and bars of different styles, banquet facilities of different sizes, sophisticated conference facilities, fully functional entertainment and leisure center, sauna bath center, and top spa. With the concept of “green low carbon†gradually gaining popularity, the hotel has also introduced this theme. After the remodeling, Shanghai Wangbaohe Hotel will be the first high-end hotel in the country to use all LED light sources. The entire hotel's lamps use Zhejiang Zhongzhou Optoelectronics' lamps, using more than 20 types, with a total volume of 35,000 lamps.
Interior design concept:
Affected by the special environment of the Bund National Architecture and People's Square, the interior design of the early Wangbao and Grand Hotel was integrated into the European style. The integrity and decoration were very important. Therefore, the design of this decoration still retains the concept of this European decoration. The entire hotel is circular in plan view, and all the functional areas are rotated around the core tube, so the whole hotel is designed around the concept of the Chinese traditional element lotus, so that the whole hotel is A new style is presented to the world, and the combination of Chinese and Western styles is elegant and magnificent.
One floor lobby lighting design concept
The lobby on the first floor of the hotel provides a place for guests to wait and communicate as a concentrated area for people. The lighting design is especially important. And the hotel's lobby is also an important area that reflects the hotel's class and attracts people to spend. After analyzing various factors, we made design positioning and brightness planning on the first floor of the hotel. The line lights set in the top dark trough show the perfect shape of the hollow carved, highlighting the classic form of the Chinese classical "silhouette". Due to the low height of the first floor lobby, this method can be used to stretch the entire space. Coupled with a European-style crystal lamp with LED candle bulbs next to it, the appropriate illumination and lighting settings bring guests to the reception. The overall illuminance of the negotiating rest area on the east side is low, and the emphasis on the sculptures and pianos with the changing color of the flowing water wall is elegant and serene, from the corner. The whole layer of lighting is simple and contrasting with nature, and the combination of Chinese and Western decoration styles is just right.
