1 component installation
1.1 Prerequisite: All components shall be installed in accordance with the installation conditions specified by the manufacturer.
The arc-extinguishing distance required by the applicable conditions, the space required to remove the arc-extinguishing grid, etc. For the installation of the manual switch, it must be ensured that the arc of the switch is not dangerous to the operator.
1.2 First look at the drawings and technical requirements before assembly
1.3 Check if the product model, component model, specification, quantity, etc. match the drawing.
1.4 Check the components for damage

1.6 Component assembly sequence should be from the front of the board, from left to right, from top to bottom

The assembled product should meet the following conditions:
Easy to operate. When the components are in operation, they should not be affected by the space, and there should be no possibility of touching the charged body.
Easy to repair. It is convenient to replace components and repair wiring.
The clearance and creepage distance of various electrical components and devices shall comply with the provisions of 4.4.
Ensure the installation distance of the first and second lines.
1.9 The fasteners and metal parts used for assembly shall be provided with a protective layer. The burrs and sharp edges of the screw holes, edges and surfaces shall be ground and then coated with conductive paste.
1.10 For the fastening of the bolt, the appropriate tool should be selected, the protective layer of the fastener should not be damaged, and the corresponding torque should be noted.
1.11 Components on the main circuit, general reactors, transformers need to be grounded, circuit breakers do not need to be grounded, the reactor is grounded in the figure below.

1.12 For the installation of heating elements (such as tubular resistors, heat sinks, etc.), the heat dissipation should be considered. The installation distance should be in accordance with the component specifications. Tube resistors rated at 75W and above shall be mounted horizontally and shall not be installed vertically on the vertical floor. The following figure is the wrong connection

1.13 All electrical components and accessories shall be fixedly mounted on brackets or base plates and shall not be suspended from electrical appliances and wiring.
1.14 There is a sign near each component of the wiring surface, and the mark should match the drawing. The sign shall not be fixed to the component body except that the component itself is provided with a sign for filling.

If any two metal parts in the cabinet are connected by screws, if there is insulation layer, the grounding washer of the corresponding specification should be used and the tooth surface of the washer should be in contact with the surface of the component (at the red circle) or the insulation layer should be damaged.


1.18 When installing components that are susceptible to vibration, install a rubber pad between the components and the mounting plate to absorb vibration.
1.19 For components with operating handles, they should be adjusted in place and must not be jammed.
