In fact, since 2011, many companies including Guangdong Zhaoxin, Esprit, Ideal New Energy, Zhongke Hongwei, Qingdao Jiesheng, etc. have announced the launch of the first domestic MOCVD, Xi'an Optical Precision Machinery Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences Research institutes such as the Institute of Materials Science of Nanchang University have also released MOCVD R&D plans. So far, nearly 20 domestic companies and research teams have announced their involvement in MOCVD equipment technology research and development.
At present, in addition to Esprit, there is no domestic company that has developed MOCVD that can be actually mass-produced. If Tianlong Optoelectronics can successfully debug this equipment, it will become the second manufacturer in China to actually mass-produce MOCVD equipment.
