First, the feed motion operation

The feed motion can be divided into continuous feed and jog feed. The difference between the two is: in the manual mode, press the coordinate feed button, the feed member moves continuously until the coordinate feed button is released; in the jog state, each time the coordinate feed button is pressed, the feed member Move only one preset distance.

The feed operation includes continuous, jog mode selection, feed amount setting, feed direction control, and the like.

Second, the spindle and cooling operation

In the manual mode, the spindle speed can be set to start the spindle forward, reverse and stop, and the coolant is turned on and off.

Third, manual tool change

For CNC lathes with automatic tool changer, the tool holder can be automatically indexed by program command, or the tool holder can be manually controlled by the panel.

Fourth, chip conveyor control

Press the corresponding button to control the forward, reverse and stop of the chip conveyor. Forward rotation is used for chip removal. When the iron chip jams the chip conveyor, it can be reversed.
