According to the ruling, the trademark “MOSO and Map†of the company No. 5283710 and the “Mao Shuo†trademark of No. 5981811 were recognized as well-known trademarks.
The identification of Maoshuo Power's well-known trademarks will help enhance the company's brand image and customer perception, and help the company strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights, enhance market influence and product competitiveness.
Moso Power's progress on the equity transfer of Founder
On June 29, 2017, the 4th extraordinary meeting of the 4th Board of Directors of Maoshuo Power Supply Co., Ltd. reviewed and approved the “Proposal on Fangzhengda Equity Transfer and Related Transactionsâ€. The company plans to introduce Hunan Fangzhengda Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (below) Referred to as “Hunan Nanzhengdaâ€, 34% of the shares were transferred at a price of 153 million yuan.
The above equity transfer has been reviewed and approved by the company at the 3rd Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2017.
According to the relevant agreement of the equity transfer agreement: within 30 days after the agreement takes effect, the total amount paid by the counterparty to the company should account for 30% of the total amount due. As of the date of this announcement, the company has received a total of 45.9 million yuan of equity transfer payments; after receiving the remaining funds, the company plans to complete the follow-up process of the follow-up Hunan Nanda Zhengda Industry and Commerce in September 2017.
