ZW32-12 outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is an outdoor power distribution equipment with a rated voltage of 12KV and three-phase AC 50Hz. It is mainly used to open and close the load current, overload current and short circuit current in the electronic system. It is suitable for protection and control in substations and distribution systems of industrial and mining enterprises, as well as frequent operation sites in rural power grids. It can also be used as a subsection switch of the power grid. After installing the controller, distribution network automation can be realized.

The three-phase pillars and current transformers adopt imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation, or adopt epoxy resin-contained organic silicon rubber solid insulation inside the user; it has the characteristics of high and low temperature resistance, UV resistance, and aging resistance.
Circuit breakers can be equipped with two-phase or three-phase current transformers for over-current or short-circuit protection, and can also provide intelligent controllers with current acquisition signals; according to user requirements, metering current transformers can be installed.
The circuit breaker can be externally connected with a three-phase interlocking isolation switch. There is a visible fracture in the disconnecting state of the disconnecting switch, and there is an anti-misoperation interlocking device with the circuit breaker body, only when the isolation knife is completely closed or fully opened The circuit breaker can only be operated. Operators should have a preliminary understanding of the product's performance, installation and adjustment, and maintenance knowledge. It should record the problems during operation and notify the manufacturer when necessary.
The product should be visually inspected before installation. Observe whether the insulation sleeve of the product is damaged, whether there is any leakage in the indication of integration and storage, whether the box is deformed or not. After inspection, the product should be installed on a column 4 m high.
The circuit breaker with isolation switch should be carefully checked for the accuracy of the mechanical interlocking device movement between the disconnector and the circuit breaker.
Before the product is put into operation, it is carefully checked whether the rated voltage and rated current of each operating element match the actual situation. And use the organization to operate to check whether the various actions are correct.
The parameters of the circuit breaker have been adjusted at the time of factory inspection. The user does not need to start the inspection. After the withstand voltage test is performed as required, it can be installed.
Circuit breakers can be set up as single poles or as double poles. Circuit breakers should be mounted smoothly and firmly on special steel frames.
The product undergoes small inspections on a regular basis to mainly check the operation of the circuit breaker. Circuit breakers with disconnectors, disconnectors are inspected twice a year, and it is checked whether the mechanical interlocking action between disconnectors and circuit breakers is normal and some grease is injected into the moving parts.
Transportation, acceptance and storage

When transporting, the entire table must be packed in a closed box to be fixed.
Do not roll over or tilt during transport. Take precautions.
When suspending the circuit breaker body, the four rings hanging on the box shall not directly handle the epoxy insulation cylinder.
In the case of an over-hung circuit breaker with an isolating switch, the center of gravity is on the side of the isolating switch and lifting should be carried out slowly.
acceptance
After receiving the circuit breaker, the user shall perform the following acceptance work:
Check the packaging for damage.
Check the product packing list to see if the documents and accessories are complete.
Check the technical parameters on the circuit breaker nameplate and whether the product certificate meets the order requirements.
Storage
The circuit breaker shall be stored in a dry, ventilated, moisture-proof, shock-proof and anti-harmful gas-infiltrating room. The long-term storage shall regularly check whether the environment meets the requirements.
Packing, unpacking and storage should be carried out in a dry room, and the product and its components must be checked for completeness and conformity.
