3, bidder qualification requirements:

3.6 In the last three years, there have been no fraudulent bids and serious violations of law, breach of contract, and major project quality problems. There are no bad records in the scope of China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd.;
3.7 There are no unqualified records in the contractor credit files of China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd.;
3.8 Has the ability to perform contracts, including professional and technical qualifications, capital, equipment and other physical facilities, management capabilities, experience, credibility and the corresponding practitioners;
3.9 This project does not accept bids from the Consortium.
