10 MHz frequency standard

The Radio Shack 10MHz receiver serves as the basis for this circuit. The LO and IF frequencies increase. When the receiver is tuned to 10 megahertz (WWV), IF and LO are used to phase lock the VCO to a 10 MHz signal. It can also be 2.5 or 5 MHz by using a divider in the loop.
