This circuit is very good at measuring and matching VHF and UHF antennas at 450MHz. If the same load impedance is placed at J2 and J3, the signals across R3 are positive and there is no output at J4. If the impedance is different, the output ratio difference appears in J4. The impedance is from 25 to 100 ohms, although the best performance of this circuit is set at 50 ohms.
