LED flashlight charging circuit
As shown in the above figure, the five white LEDs of the flashlight are connected in parallel and are mainly used for illumination. Another LED red light is the charging indicator.
Look at the main circuit, the main circuit mainly pays attention to three parts.
1, buck. Here mainly uses the capacitor step-down. Usually used for low-cost non-isolated low-current power supplies. Its output voltage can typically range from a few volts to three tens of volts, depending on the Zener regulator used. The amount of current that can be supplied is proportional to the current limiting capacitor capacity. However, be careful when using this circuit, because it is not isolated from 220V AC high voltage, please pay attention to safety and prevent electric shock!
2, rectification. The rectifier circuit here is a bridge rectifier circuit. Why use bridge rectifier circuits? (see next article)
3. Charging indicating circuit. As shown in the figure above, the part of the blue box. Since the LED must be lit by DC, the current flows first through the rectifier bridge. The current direction is as shown on the figure. Charge the battery. When the battery is fully charged, ie the Vb potential is equal to Va, the indicator light will go out.
New Arrival or New Style Lio Nano Disposable ecig have a completely enclosed design, reducing the need for charging and replacing cartridges. The no-charge design also reduces the occurrence of faults. It is understood that with rechargeable e-cigarettes, each cartridge needs to be charged at least once and the battery efficiency is extremely low, while the design of disposable ecig can solve this problem very well.
