The multi-function charger introduced in this example adopts a switching regulator power supply with charging indication and discharge function. Its maximum output current is about 300A, which can charge the nickel-plated battery, nickel-hydrogen battery and inlaid ion battery of the mobile phone.
Circuit working principle: The multi-function charger circuit is composed of an oscillation suppression throwing switching power supply circuit, a protection circuit, a charging circuit, a discharging circuit, a charging control and an indicating circuit.
The oscillation suppression type switching power supply circuit is composed of a diode VDl-VD6, a switch tube V2, a resistor R3-R6, a capacitor C2, and a switching pulse transformer T. The protection circuit is composed of a transistor V1, a diode VD5, a VD6, a Zener diode VS1, a capacitor C1, and a resistor R5. The charging circuit is composed of diodes VD7, VD8, capacitor C3, resistors R8, R9, R11, Rl5, Rl9, and transistor V3. The discharge circuit is composed of transistors V4 and V5, a control button S2, a Zener diode VS, resistors R10, R13, R14, R16-R18 and a light-emitting diode VL6.
