Overview:
With the rapid development of power electronics technology, DC power supply is widely used, and its quality directly affects the performance of electrical equipment or control systems. At present, the basic links of various DC power sources on the market are roughly the same, including AC power and AC. Transformer (sometimes not needed), rectifier circuit, filter regulator circuit, etc. This paper takes the design of DC power supply with three-phase AC power supply as an example to introduce some solutions to the problems in DC power supply design. And in the practical application, the problem of using multiple DC stabilized power supplies in series is explained.


2. Design of DC stabilized power supply
2.1 Design of the rectifier transformer The design of the three-phase rectifier transformer includes: the connection mode of the primary and secondary windings, the calculation of the secondary side voltage, the calculation of the primary and secondary currents, the calculation and determination of the capacity, and the selection of the structural form. . Among them, the connection mode of the secondary winding and the determination of the secondary side voltage are the contents of our key analysis. In this paper, the design of three DC power supplies of a stepper motor driver is taken as an example. The schematic diagram is shown in Figure 1.
