Sharp develops high-luminance LED lighting equipment

Sharp has announced that they have developed a new high-output, high-color rendering LED lighting device with a luminous efficiency of 91lm/W, which is claimed to be the highest in the industry.

Sharp's lighting equipment is divided into 25W and 15W, each of which is divided into 2700K and 3000K depending on the color temperature. The 25W class LED lighting device uses a high-temperature LED chip and a phosphor material, so the power consumption is quite low. With an input power of 25.9W and a color temperature of 3000K, the luminous flux can reach 2370 lumens, the color rendering index is 83, and its luminous efficiency can reach the highest 91 lm/W in the industry. It is suitable for store product display spotlights.

At an input power of 14.8W, the color temperatures of 3000K and 2700K correspond to 1400 lumens and 1350 lumens, respectively. The LED device has a footprint of 24x20mm and a thickness of 1.8mm, and the light-emitting portion is an intermediate circular area.

Sharp will begin mass production of the LED device on March 4, with a monthly capacity of 100,000. The sample price of the 25W LED device is 3,000 yen, and the price of the 15W sample is 2,000 yen.

Grid Cable Trays In Data Room

Grid cable trays are an essential component of data rooms, providing a safe and organized way to manage cables and wires. These trays are designed to be installed above the ceiling, providing a clean and unobtrusive way to route cables throughout the room.
One of the primary benefits of grid cable trays is that they help to reduce the risk of cable damage and failure. When cables are left to dangle or are improperly routed, they can become tangled, kinked, or otherwise damaged. This can lead to data loss or system downtime, both of which can be costly and disruptive. By using grid cable trays, however, cables are kept neatly organized and protected from damage, reducing the risk of failure and downtime.
Another benefit of grid cable trays is that they make it easier to manage cables during installation and maintenance. When cables are properly routed through the trays, it is easy to identify which cables are connected to which devices. This can be especially helpful during maintenance or troubleshooting, as it allows technicians to quickly identify and address any issues.
In addition to their functional benefits, grid cable trays also have aesthetic benefits. By keeping cables out of sight, they help to create a clean and professional appearance in the data room. This can be especially important for businesses that host clients or visitors in their data rooms, as it helps to create a positive impression.
