The distribution box at the construction site can be divided into a total distribution box, a fixed distribution box and a mobile distribution box.

Total distribution box

If it is an independent transformer, the transformer and the total distribution box behind it are installed by the power supply bureau. The total distribution box contains the total low-voltage circuit breaker and active and reactive energy meter, voltmeter, ammeter, voltage conversion switch and indicator light. The wiring of each branch line of the construction site shall be connected to the branch distribution box behind the main distribution box. Fixed distribution box

Since the construction site is laid with multi-use cable lines for direct burial, the power supply system is radial, and each fixed distribution box is the end point of this branch, so it is generally placed near the electrical equipment of this branch.

The fixed distribution electric box shell is made of thin steel plate, the top is rainproof, the height of the box body is more than 0.6m from the ground, the leg is supported by angle steel, the box is opened on both sides, and the inside of the box is made of insulating board for electrical installation. Only 200~250A main switch, with four-pole leakage switch, the capacity is the maximum rated current of the box electrical appliance. If necessary, a single-phase switch should be installed in the box to prepare for single-phase equipment.

After the wire is introduced into the box, the working neutral line is connected by the terminal block. The phase line is directly connected to the upper leakage switch. Mobile distribution box

The mobile distribution box format is the same as that of the fixed distribution box. It is connected to the fixed distribution box with a rubber sheathed flexible cable and moved as close as possible to the electrical equipment, such as from the downstairs to the upper floor construction layer. The leakage switch is also used in the box. The capacity is smaller than the fixed box. A single-phase switch and socket should be installed to provide a single-phase power supply for single-phase electrical appliances. The metal housing of the distribution box should be connected to zero protection.
