Littelfuse Low Capacitance TVS Diode Array Enhances ESD, CDE, EFT and Lightning Induced Surge Protection

Littelfuse , Inc., a global leader in circuit protection, today announced a family of low-capacitance TVS diode arrays designed to protect high-speed differential data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD), cable discharge (CDE), and electrical Fast transients (EFT) and lightning strikes are induced to damage. Each SP2555NUTG series of TVS diode arrays (SPA? Diodes) protects four channels or two differential pairs up to 45A and 30kVESD. The SP2555NUTG series has higher surge tolerances than current transient suppression diode arrays and can achieve lower voltage targets for emerging Ethernet protocols.

Typical applications for the SP2555NUTG family include 10/100/1000 Ethernet, WAN/LAN devices, desktops, servers and notebooks, LVDS interfaces, integrated magnetics and smart TVs.

The SP2555NUTG series of TVS diode arrays have the following outstanding advantages:
