Fourth, the sample specification
1. Specimen specification: Sample preparation (please refer to GB/T3810.12-2006 standard requirements)
2. Take 10 blocks of bricks with an area of ​​not less than 0.25m2. (There should be no cracks, glaze cracks, pinholes, bumps, etc.)
3. The brick is dried to a constant weight in a drying oven at 110 ° C.
Five, use and operation
1. Turn on the water source of the instrument first, turn off, turn on the main power switch, then open the instrument cabinet door, insert the temperature probe into the test area in the freezer. Then open the side door of the instrument, inject water into the circulating water tank at the bottom, and fill the water volume. The amount is 55KG. Open the freezer door, place the sample on the sample holder, and place the water spray head on the side of the sample. Then close the door.
2. Press the small button on the counter to set the number of test cycles.
3. Set the upper limit of the test area and the lower limit temperature: Plug in the power first. Turn on the power switch, set the cold cycle temperature to the test temperature, the lower limit is set to the upper limit of the test temperature, adjust the knob to make the temperature control table display "-5 °C"; then the temperature control table thermal cycle thermometer, adjustment knob , so that the temperature control table displays "+5 °C".
4. Set the water temperature in the water tank: The temperature control table of the water tank.
5. Turn on the “Total Power Switchâ€, the indicator light is on, and the “Refrigeration Switch†instrument is cooled. Press the “Start†button. After the instrument starts, it will automatically test. When the lower limit temperature reaches -5 °C, the temperature is kept, and the holding time is up. The instrument automatically opens the water spray solenoid valve to spray water on the sample, and the temperature in the test area begins to rise. The water in the freezer passes through the return hole at the bottom and flows back to the water tank. When the temperature in the test area rises to +5 ° C, it automatically closes. The water spray valve starts to thaw the heat preservation time. After the heat preservation time is reached, the cycle counter automatically increases by one, and then enters the next cycle of refrigeration, and the test times are automatically stopped after the completion of the test.
6. After the test, take out the sample, and measure the glazed surface, front and edge cracking and record under the illumination of 25cm-30cm.
Sixth, fault handling
1. After the work switch is turned on, the freezer does not cool.
Check if the compressor in the freezer is started. If it is not started, it can be changed to manual mode. Turn on the cooling switch. If the manual is normal, it may be the fault of the temperature control meter.
2. After entering the thawing, the nozzle does not spray water.
Check if the water pump in the water tank is started. If it is not started, it can be changed to manual mode and open the water spray switch. If the manual is normal, it may be the fault of the temperature control meter.
Seven, installation, maintenance
The instrument should be installed on a stable platform with no vibration source around. After the test is completed, the instrument should be cleaned in time.
