4, choose constant temperature:
1. Set the temperature: Press the SET button to set the temperature, press the SET button to flash the digital tube data (the upper row is normally measured), indicating that the meter enters the temperature setting state, press the â–³ button to increase the setting value, press the â–½ button to set The setting is reduced. Pressing the increase button or decreasing button will change the setting value quickly. Press the SET button again to return to the normal working state and the temperature setting is completed.
2. Correction of sensor error: The displayed value can be corrected when it is confirmed that the value displayed by the meter is not the correct measurement value. Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument. After selecting the parameter SC, use the â–³ or â–½ key to modify this parameter. The correction range of the sensor error is +50 to -50. After the correction is completed, press the SET button for 3 seconds to exit. When the instrument is shipped, the correction value is 0. When using it, it should be prevented from correcting the correct display to incorrect.
3. Start self-tuning: This product can adapt to most control systems. Only when the control effect is particularly unsatisfactory, can start self-tuning. Press SET button for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument. After selecting parameter At, match with â–³ or â–½ key to open At the same time, the At indicator light starts to flash and the instrument enters the auto tuning parameter working state. The meter control heating system pays near the fluctuation twice. When the At light is off, the auto tuning is finished, and the new PID parameter is latched in the chip.
5. The maximum operating temperature of the instrument should not exceed 40 °C. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the heater stops working.
6. Slowly adjust the speed control knob to rise to the required speed.
7. Before each stop, each switch is placed in a non-working state and the power is cut off.
8. If the instrument is deactivated for a long time, the instrument should be wiped clean.
9, the correct use and attention to the maintenance of the instrument, so that it is in good working condition, can extend the life of the instrument.
10. During the continuous operation, the instrument should do a regular inspection every three months to check whether there are any drops of dirt falling into the motor and control components, check the water quality and cleanliness in the water tank, check the fuses, control components and fastening. Screw.
11. The bearing of the transmission part has been filled with the appropriate amount of grease (No. 1 calcium-sodium base) before leaving the factory. During the continuous operation, the instrument should be filled with grease once every six months. The filling amount is about 1 of the bearing space. /3.
12. After long-term use of the instrument, natural wear is a normal phenomenon.
