Third, the working principle:
Normally closed type: When the coil is energized, the pilot spool is closed, the pilot hole is opened, the upper chamber of the valve is relieved, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure of the lower chamber, and the solenoid valve is opened; when the coil is de-energized, the pilot spool is reset by the spring. The pilot hole is closed, the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston orifice and the thrust of the return spring, and the solenoid valve is closed.
Normally open type: When the coil is energized, the pilot hole is closed, the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston orifice and the thrust of the return spring, and the solenoid valve is closed. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot spool is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is opened, the upper chamber of the valve is relieved, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure of the lower chamber, and the solenoid valve is opened.
note:
1. Pilot-operated piston solenoid valve requires that the medium passing through the solenoid valve must have pressure (the medium has no pressure and is not suitable for this valve). The solenoid valve on our side is to ensure that the medium has a pressure of 0.1 kg to work properly.
2. There are two sources of force for opening the main piston of the pilot piston solenoid valve. One is the magnetic force generated after energization, and the second is the pressure pushing of the medium.
These two forces must exist at the same time to ensure the normal operation of the pilot piston solenoid valve.
