The STM32F20x family is based on the high performance ARM® CortexTM-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 120MHz. This series integrates high-speed embedded memory, flash memory and system SRAM capacity up to 1M byte and 128K bytes, up to 4K bytes of backup SRAM, and a large number of connected to 2 APB bus, 2 AHB bus and 1 Enhanced I/O and peripherals for 32-bit multiple AHB bus matrices.
The series also features an adaptive real-time memory accelerator (ART AcceleratorTM) that achieves zero-waiting performance when the program is running in Flash memory at CPU frequencies up to 120MHz. This performance has been validated using the CoreMark benchmark.
All products feature three 12-bit ADC modules, two DAC modules, one low-power RTC, 12 general-purpose 16-bit timers (including two PWM timers for motor control), and two general-purpose 32-bit Timer. 1 true random number generator (RNG). All products come with standard and advanced communication interfaces. New advanced peripherals include an SDIO, an Enhanced Flexible Static Memory Control (FSMC) interface (100-pin or more), and a camera interface to a CMOS sensor. This series is also equipped with standard peripherals.
